Applicants must also demonstrate an ability to communicate in English in a clinical environment.
You will be expected to have at least 1 national presentation and 1 publication by the end of your time in post. The previous Fellows have prepared and submitted 3 academic articles whilst in post. Applicants must have their MRCS, and ATLS, and be in a position to apply for registrar level posts.
Working for our organisation
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
