Main duties of the job

We are able to offer the right candidate a comprehensive competency based development programme including study days, initial supervised practice period and educator support for development of enhanced skills and knowledge.  The programme is fully supported by mentors and a new starter pack.

The work within  Critical Care changes quickly and can be physically, mentally and emotionally demanding.  The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be a good team player, be able to work under pressure and have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. 

The role includes night shifts, day shifts and weekends.  Successful applicants will need to be flexible.  If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
