Main duties of the job
- Lead and manage capital projects within budget and timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project goals.
- Ensure compliance with NHS regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee budgets for cost control and value assurance.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Support and guide project teams to achieve targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports for transparency.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and sustainability.

- Evidence of ongoing CPD activity
- Project Management qualification
Experience

- Experience of developing and producing project plans and strategies
- Experience of managing a team to achieve delivery of planned benefits
- Experience of successfully developing collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working within the NHS in a similar role
Skills
Essential criteria
- Highly computer literate to include Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
- Advanced communication skills both written (complex report writing) and orally including advanced formal presentation / facilitation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
