Cancer MDT Coordinator - Peterborough

The primary purpose of the Cancer MDT coordinator will co-ordinating and providing administrative support to the Peterborough Cancer Colorectal LMDT.
The post-holder will work closely with the wider cancer team (both clinical and administrative), as well as other key health and social care providers, to enable all relevant information is corelate for the meeting and the outcome from the meeting are accurately recorded.

Co-ordinating and providing administrative support to the cancer S/LMDT(s) ensuring that all relevant paperwork and clinical information is available including case notes, imaging and pathology as necessary. To attend S/MDT’S keeping comprehensive records of attendance and outcomes as discussed.

Education

- GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English & Maths
- Strong IT skills in relation to Microsoft packages including word/excel.
- NVQ 3 in administration or related subject or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Commitment to personal and professional development
Experience

- Recent relevant NHS experience
- Recent experience of establishing and maintaining office systems, data collection and analysis

- Experience of Patient Administration Systems
- Experience of using video conferencing equipment
Knowledge

- Accurate keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)
