Clinical Support Nursing Associate

Working collaboratively with Lead Clinical Educator & Clinical Facilitators for Pre-Registration delivering training, education and to support the practice & professional development of all student nurses and trainee nursing associates, related to the care of patients within all Divisions, in accordance with national and local guidelines & ensure that they are competent & fit for purpose.

This is an essential post for nurse education in clinical practice and a fundamental requirement of the role is consistent and effective role-modelling and leadership for nurses and other professional groups within the Division and Trust wide.

You must be a Registered Nursing Associate, with a passion for nurturing and teaching, consistent strong values, be able to influence change through persistence, diplomacy and vision

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

This role is to support and promote the role of Nursing Associates within the trust and support TNAs on programme. 

Support and assist with the facilitation of training, education and support the practice and professional development of all nursing students and nursing apprentices. Facilitating effective evidence-based nursing care to the highest standard disseminating these skills through demonstration and role modelling, demonstrate an awareness of the needs of individual students and give support and guidance where necessary and facilitating motivation and innovation amongst health care staff, encouraging a positive attitude learning and be a role model to all pre registration students.

  • Recognised teaching/mentorship course / SSSA trained
  • English language (listening, reading, writing, speaking) proficiency at the level identified by the relevant regulatory body
