Job overview

This is an exciting secondment opportunity for anyone looking for experience as a band 6 or experience within gastroenterology.

Ward A10 is a 36 bedded gastroenterology ward where you will be caring for acutely unwell patients dealing with gastrointestinal bleeds, alcohol Liver cirrhosis, alcohol detoxes, ascitic drains and complex feeding methods.

*** Please note we are only able to accept applications from those with a live NMC registration or UK nursing students awaiting their PIN as we are unable to support OSCE at this time***

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will be fully supported with a personalised development plan to assist in reaching your full potential and career goals. Along with an induction programme which will include a supernumerary period, preceptorship if not already completed and close support from a named mentor.
