Typically our placements cover reception, general administration, customer service, Personal Assistants, Filing Clerks, Audio Typists, Secretaries and more who want to work to ensure our wards and departments across North West Anglia are always supported.

Main duties of the job

As a Bank worker you can work flexibly full or part time to fill a temporary vacancy or short term staffing shortages however hours and placements cannot be guaranteed.

Our temporary roles will give you lots of variety in different environments: both clinical and non clinical. 

Hourly Rates : Band 2 £11.45 + per hour; Band 3  £11.67 + per hour; Band 4  £12.86 + per hour; Band 5 £14.53 + per hour

So if you have experience in administration or clerical duties and are available to take assignments there has never been a better time to join us.

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE level standard English Language at Grade A – C (or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
  • NVQ II Business Administration

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of using MS Office, particularly MS Word and Outlook
  • Previous Secretarial/Office experience
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working with the general public and/or professionals
  • Experience of using Hospital systems, for example PAS (Patient Administration System)
