The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable.

NWSSP is currently looking for adaptable and enthusiastic individuals to join the Clerical Bank.

The role of the Clerical Bank Worker is to provide clerical assistance and data entry support to various departments such as Employment Services/Accounts Payable in order to contribute to the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer-focussed service. The basic requirements for the role include (Please see more detailed attachment to provide breakdown of the role)
- IT Literate and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience of administration or customer services (including work experience as a student)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within and contribute to the team
- Good keyboard and telephone skills
- Ability to seek help and guidance when required or if problems occur
- Good planning and organisational skills
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
