Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Cancer Services Team within Hywel Dda. This is a part time post - 27.5 hours per week.
The successful candidates will be responsible for data validation and the inputting of data into the Health Boards systems to assist with the All Wales Cancer audits.
The base of the position will be either Bronglais Hospital or Prince Philip Hospital, and can be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will liaise with Health Professionals and their teams in the Hywel Dda UHB gathering data and ensuring patients records are correctly recorded.
The post holder will assist the Cancer Services Team in the generation of reports, perform administrative duties and provide general administrative support to the Cancer Services as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and identifying precise information for the cancer audits, entering the data into the health boards system. Liaising with clinicians, Radiologists and other Health Professionals to obtain specific data, arranging meetings to validate and submit data to the Cancer Network.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;
Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
