Job overview
The primary objective of this Fellowship is to train an experienced interventional cardiologist to become an independent TAVI operator able to develop a new TAVI programme at an institution or join an established team as an additional operator.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to play an active part in the TAVI MDM process including assessment of referrals and ongoing care of ward patients, in addition to their training to become an independent operator.

Qualifications & Training
Essential criteria
- Full GMC registration
- MRCP or Equivalent
Clinical experience and effectiveness
Essential criteria
- Training in percutaneous coronary intervention
Desirable criteria
- Experience with non coronary intervention
Personal attributes
Essential criteria
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
