Main duties of the job
We are seeking an individual who has proven teaching skills. The successful post holder will help to raise awareness around the impact of civility and human factors on team, and organisational, culture and how that relates to patient outcomes. They will provide facilitated training sessions, both virtually and face to face, and support colleagues in understanding how to challenge unhelpful behaviours
