An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Perioperative Medicine Collaborative for an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner who wishes to provide dynamic support as unit sister working in SAU.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The successful post holder will need to adopt a visible and accessible approach for patients, their relatives, carers and staff, to co-ordinate teams to help improve performance at all levels. Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, clinical expertise and knowledge. Possess positive leadership skills, have the ability to work on their own initiative, as part of a team and possess excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills. This role is key in helping meet the challenges of  bed pressures and promoting an increase in day surgery, whilst maintaining both patient safety and an excellent patient experience.
