Workforce Change Lead (Train) - development role

Band 8b

Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are excited to be recruiting into the new workforce system team who will be supporting a range of work programmes in the creation of both new models of care & ensuring we enable & grow our workforce to deliver the best quality care to our people.

We are focusing on three roles which will act together as a team of workforce change consultants working will the full range of stakeholders across the CIoS integrated care system.  Sharing a set of common skills and capabilities each of these roles will also specialise in one of three domains, namely education, recruitment (and retention) and transformation.  Aligning to the NHS Long Term Plan drivers of Train, Retain, and Reform you will be responsible for ensuring our workforce business plan objectives align to National, regional and local priorities.

In line with the innovative core values of the team, we have elected to create these roles as self development opportunities so are looking for motivated individuals who are adaptable and eager to grow & develop the skills to enable us to respond to that challenge of system wide workforce planning for the future. The successful candidate will start in this role as band 8a, & will have a focused development plan in place for a period of time to support meeting the band 8b level.

If anyone has additional needs (i.e. hearing,  restricted mobility), please contact us & we will work openly with you ahead of the interview to ensure this does not represent a barrier on the day.
