You will be involved in the effective planning, co-ordination, commissioning, and delivery of system-level workforce change strategies, plans and initiatives, developing and implementing policy and processing, and providing specialist advice and support. You will build strong relationships and extensive collaborations with diverse stakeholders across the ICS and will programme manage an ongoing portfolio of workforce development initiatives and projects as identified by the Principal CIOS Health and Care Academy and ICB Director of Workforce Lead.
