Degree level of education or the proven equivalent relevant experience and education, IT experience and staff / team management.
Proven successful structured project management skills and experience in a leadership position.
Hold a specialist IM&T / business management qualification, formal project management qualification
Demonstrable capability of delivering major projects on time, to an agreed quality and budget
Excellent negotiating and diplomacy skills, coupled with the ability to remain objective when dealing with complex and sometimes contentious issues
Proven ability to work to critical deadlines when under pressure and effectively prioritise workload

Qualification in: Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) / Change Management / LEAN / AGILE / ITIL

Experience

Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation, gained in a senior role
