We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic full time Apprentice Appointment Administrator to join our busy Outpatient Booking Centre at Pydar House, Truro.
You will be joining a highly dedicated administrative team that supports patient care.
Main duties of the job
Appointment Administrators are responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to patients. The successful candidate must have a flexible approach, possess excellent communication skills, must be reliable, well organised and able to work as part of a team or independently. You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way but be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
Within this time you will undertake Level 2 Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeship. Full training will be given on IT systems.
