The team is responsible for all aspects of Urgent and Emergency Ambulance and NHS111 commissioning, contracting and assuring the delivery of services provided for the five county areas making up the East Midlands (Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire).

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Information Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the Contract Manager and leading on all aspects of data and information analyst services on the Urgent and Emergency Ambulance and NHS111 Contracts

Main duties of the job

Working on both the 999 and NHS111 contracts the post holder will lead on the production of accurate routine and ad-hoc activity and performance reports, in line with the contract and national guidance.

The role will primarily be spreadsheet based, so the ideal candidate will be someone with advanced Microsoft excel skills and an eye for detail, who is able to identify themes and trends and can demonstrate previous experience in forecasting.

The post holder will have line manager responsibilities, so previous managerial experience is desired.
