We are keen to appoint a Non-Executive Director who brings senior experience in Health and Social Care Integration with that connected experience in public health /population health. Also a track record in leading transformation through quality improvement, ideally digital transformation.

Sharing our focus on cultural development, you will be an authentic collaborator and communicator who will quickly build credibility and create high aspiration in our dedicated staff, Governors, partners, service users, carers and the diverse populations we serve. Promoting the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance you will offer informed and independent challenge, as well as a high degree of support to our Board.

Your proactive and progressive approach will enable us to work across organisational boundaries and continue to raise the profile of our services, services users and carers on a local, regional and national platform.

This is a unique opportunity to directly impact on reducing health inequalities and to work with an inclusive Board who value diversity and difference.

Working for our organisation
