Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for;

  • To support the Workforce Planning Business Partner in ensuring reporting, recording and coordinating of Trust workforce operational requests are completed and monitored.
  •  Collaborating with ICS/Internal/External stakeholders to provide timely narrative and number workforce submissions.
  •  Assisting with accurate workforce planning metrics within the Workforce Dashboard
  •  Manage projects relating to Workforce Planning and be a key point of contact for Workforce Planning enquiries.

· Working with the Workforce Planning Lead on the development of a Workforce Planning Programme for UHDB which supports the strategic and operational aims and objectives of the Trust.

 · The post holder will support and assist with the delivery, analysis and evaluation of relevant workforce planning and reporting and recording on workforce KPIs.

 · This post holder will work across the organisation and Derbyshire and Staffordshire Integrated Care System (ICS) to support system wide workforce planning.
