We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Executive Chief Information Officer.
The individual will provide a comprehensive high quality personal assistant, administrative and secretarial service ensuring efficient and effective use of their time.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the executive portfolio and provide an outstanding service.

To be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Executives office by providing a comprehensive and efficient EA/secretarial service to the Executive and their deputies through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a positive, efficient and proactive manner.
To provide a comprehensive higher quality personal assistant, administrative and secretarial service ensuring efficient and effective use of their time.
Supports projects in the development of service within the Executive Office. To include encouraging, supporting and acting as a role model for others to be innovative, proactive and adaptable in their approach to change.
Provides tailored support, induction and guidance to new members of the Exec team, PAs and other new starters within the corporate function.
This post requires flexibility and potential holder must be flexible to be able to meet the needs of the Executive Office.
