Job overview

We have 1 permanent role available on the Royal Derby Hospital site.

ENT Outpatients - 30 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00

Person specification

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Good standard of English GCSE or equivalent
  • Previous customer care experience
  • Must be IT Literate to include word and excel or other experience
  • A recent Knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures
Desirable criteria
  • An understanding of the 18 week RTT process
  • Knowlegde of the Trust Patient Access Policy

Physical

Essential criteria
  • Standard keyboard skills
  • Daily need for light physical effort

Skills

  • Good communication Skills to include written , face to face and telephone
