Child and Family Health Devon
Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Single Point of Access (SPA) Team at Capital Court, Exeter.
The post holder will have a key role in call handling and mailbox management as well as referral management within our clinical system and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.
This is a permanent full time position.
Main duties of the job
Main duties include:
- providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone queries in a timely and accurate way
- processing incoming referrals to specific teams
- general administrative tasks
- use of electronic systems
- preparation of electronic and paper files
- assisting with reporting and compilation of data
- processing of incoming correspondence

Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Computer Literate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Willing to undertake training relevant to the post
Desirable criteria
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
Experience
Essential criteria
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience.
Desirable criteria
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience. Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting.
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent.
Desirable criteria
- NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
