Job overview

As a Registered Nurse/ Senior Orthopaedic Practitioner with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, you will be working together as part of a multidisciplinary, professional team to assess care needs, and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.

Main duties of the job

Working for our organisation

The Fracture and Orthopaedic Out Patient Clinics deals with approximately 35,000 patients per annum. We work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working with consultants, senior medical staff and with other RGN’s,  Assistant Practitioners, Healthcare assistants, students, and receptionists.

The department deals with many different Trauma and Orthopaedic conditions, including complex casting and wound care.
