Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a business and administration apprentice across both Learning and Development and Workforce planning and transformation. This role will support these departments with administration tasks whilst gaining an understanding of NHS corporate services and gaining an apprenticeship qualification.
Main duties of the job
- Provide efficient day-to-day administration support to service leads, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating meetings.
- Develop and update content for the intranet and websites, and assist in producing marketing material.
- Support and attend training, workshops, meetings and events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.
- Maintain various systems, update records, run reports, and manage training bookings.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, providing cross-cover and support as needed.
