The successful candidate will be working  Variable hours between 8am - 11:30pm Monday to Sunday on reception in our Urgent Treatment centre, Clinical Assessment Unit along  with Planned Treatment Centre to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all units through the co-ordination and provision of high standards of reception and clerical services.

 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • Receives Patients and visitors to the service. Responds to queries and requests for information as directed by office procedures, guidelines and protocols. Refers complex or unusual requests to the Team Administrator or a member of the clinical team.
  • Regularly checks on the tidiness and cleanliness of the office environment and takes action to ensure any problems are resolved.
  • Undertakes admin tasks that are assigned.
  • Attends team meetings within the service
  • Formats letters, reports where necessary
  • Carries out photocopying.
  • Ensures incoming or outgoing post is processed promptly

To welcome all patients and those accompanying them to the unit in a professional manner, recording all necessary information fully and accurately, and to carry out clerical duties necessary for the operation of the unit.

To assist the staff of the units in data collections and gathering reports for analysis and auditing purposes.

Experience

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
