Trosolwg o'r swydd

Would you like to work with a friendly, proactive and supportive team in an environment where the individualized care you give makes all the difference?

Uckfield Intermediate Care Unit is a  14 bedded ward providing nursing and therapy care to patients who have either had a stay in an acute hospital or may have been unwell at home and need a bit of help to avoid an admission to a big hospital. We aim to get people back on their feet so they can return to their home by ensuring their environment is safe and their abilities are optimized.  We  also accept patients who require complex discharge planning, palliative and end of life care.

You will need sound, up to date clinical skills, be reliable and have a flexible approach with a proactive leadership style.    Whether you are experienced, looking for your first job or looking to return to practice, we will be happy to support and develop you in your career.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly on both day and night shifts.

Uckfield Hospital also has free on-site parking facilities which can be used by staff.
