An opportunity has arisen within the busy finance function of CHCP CIC for an Accounts Payable Finance Assistant.
The primary duties of the role are included within the Job Specification.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Responsible for data entry into accounting systems and ensuring the accuracy of this information.
- To assist with Balance Sheet Control of all group companies.
- To assist where required in collating information and production of statutory returns in relation to external
funding sources. - To assist where required in ensuring all data for the group is appropriately recorded within pre-determined
timescales. - To deal with queries related to accounts receivable and accounts payable areas of finance.
- To assist with supplier statements, company card reconciliations and credit control.
- Maintain supplier accounts within Oracle
- Other duties as and when required.

- NVQ level 2 in Finance or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- ECDL Advanced, City and Guilds or able to demonstrate this Form level of skill
Knowledge

- Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident and Competent in the use of Internet Web Searching
- Confident and Competent in the use of Sage 50 Accounts
Experience

- Experience of working in an administrative environment
- Experience of working with people on a face-to-face level
- Experience of credit control through telephone calls and emails
