Trosolwg o'r swydd

The Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is wishes to appoint a post CCT Complex Spine Fellow in Neurosurgery for a period of 12 months, starting in September 2023. The post holder will be exposed to all aspects of spinal surgery (excluding paediatrics) including posterior, lateral and anterior approaches, intraoperative spinal neuromonitoring, spinal oncology and Minimally Invasive Techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a unit with 6 dedicated consultant complex spinal surgeons from both Orthopaedic and Spinal Orhtopaedic backgrounds as well as 6 other consultant neurosurgeons with various subspeciality interests. All Consultants do elective degenerative spinal work. This is a recognised and approved by the Royal College of Surgeons England Post. This post does not hold a National Training Number and longer appointments are unlikely to be arranged.
