An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Triage and Assessment Team to come and join at a time when we are evolving. 

The role will include completing triage and assessments with clients with a range of mental health issues, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate assessment of their needs and on-going referral to treatment/support services.  Working collaboratively with locality team staff, to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Your team base will be at St Andrews Place, Hull, and cover Hull and East Riding. You will be part of a supportive team of staff and will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience in the triage and assessment of clients.  You will also work closely with colleagues within Community Mental Health services to ensure client's are given a collaborative approach to their care and assessment.
