Main duties of the job

  • To  prepare, cook, and present the highest quality food for the restaurant and In-Patient therapeutic diets.
  • Prepare foods for Trust Hospitality and other special events
  • Assist with the food service in the restaurant where appropriate.
  • Be flexible to other duties, appropriate to the grade that will facilitate the smooth running of the kitchen and associated areas

  • City & Guilds 706/1&2 or NVQ

  • HACCP awareness certification
