Main duties of the job
- To prepare, cook, and present the highest quality food for the restaurant and In-Patient therapeutic diets.
- Prepare foods for Trust Hospitality and other special events
- Assist with the food service in the restaurant where appropriate.
- Be flexible to other duties, appropriate to the grade that will facilitate the smooth running of the kitchen and associated areas

- City & Guilds 706/1&2 or NVQ
Desirable criteria
- HACCP awareness certification
