Job overview

If you are, we are seeking a dedicated Band 2 Administrator to provide essential support across key services within North East Essex Community Services including Respiratory, Speech and Language Therapy, Leg Ulcer and Lymphoedema teams. Key Responsibilities will include providing day to day administrative support, assist with data entry, filing, scanning, patient appointment bookings and patient record keeping. Main duties of the job

Your main duties will be to provide administrative support to the clinical teams, accepting of referrals, booking of appointments, attending meetings for minute taking and any other general ad-hoc requirements. There will also be an element of patient contact as you may be required to provide reception cover during periods of leave.
