Qualifications

Essential criteria

2 x ‘A’ Level or equivalent
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

Desirable criteria

IT Technical Support Diploma
B/Tec level 2 technical visual audio/visual production

Experience

Essential criteria

Experience of working with simulation technology or personal interest in augmented and virtual reality on electronic devices
Experience in facilitation and use of audio/visual equipment
Previous experience working in customer facing functions
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft systems

Desirable criteria

Experience of working with medical/surgical learning equipment
Experience of working in an educational/skills environment
Experience of preparing and handling training props and surgical learning materials
Experience of IT technical support

Knowledge and Skills

Essential criteria

Sound knowledge of audio-visual systems
Sound knowledge of IT technical systems
Interest/knowledge in virtual reality simulation production
Understanding of Health & Safety, legal requirements and good practice ie control of substances hazardous to health, disposal of waste

Desirable criteria

Knowledge of medical processes
Knowledge of Integra system
Understanding of financial
