An exciting opportunity has arisen within Nayland ward for a Band 5 to join our dynamic friendly team as a Registered Nurse.
Nayland ward is a short stay Acute medical ward with 29 beds.

Main duties of the job
In this post, you will deliver excellent and individualised clinical care to our patients and their families, and you will be fully supported to achieve this through our comprehensive educational strategy.
You will require excellent clinical and leadership skills essential to fulfil the role . We are looking for an individual who is keen to sustain and improve patient care, quality, and experience. You must be highly organised, with good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
