Job overview
We are looking for an experienced, organised and adaptable person to work in the admin team for the North East Essex IAPT service. We are a primary mental health service offering talking therapy for people presenting with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. The job is based at Hospital Road in Colchester

As the admin team for Therapy For You, we are responsible for taking and processing referrals to our service. As the first port of call for people needing help, we are proud to give great service to people and make them feel reassured. A lot of our work is based on the phone, so we need someone who can give great first impressions. We are a small, supportive and welcoming team supporting a large team of therapists.
Main duties of the job
Some of the main responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: Taking self-referrals on the phone, processing professional referrals, booking assessments and treatments and dealing with queries – both by phone and by email plus greeting clients in person on reception.

Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
