A really exciting opportunity has arisen to support the continued development of the multidisciplinary ADHD service across NE and West Essex. This post will be aligned with the NE Essex Autism Service and in future we hope that we can look towards developing a more comprehensive neurodevelopmental service.
This post offers excellent clinical leadership and service development experiences. This post and service are the beginning of a journey to explore the potential for the development of neurodevelopmental services and within this a leadership/expert role. With this in mind, further development through the appraisal process and additional leadership / neurodevelopmental training can be considered with up to £6000, calculated pro rata, being available over a period of 2-3 years.
