The developing Integrated Care System in Mid and South Essex requires a new approach to leadership, which will play a key role in its future success. We now have the opportunity to recruit to three Joint Director for Delivery & Partnerships role’s covering the different geographies across the collaborative. Your strong people skills will enable you to work across organisational boundaries and be a highly influential leader ensuring community, care and mental health services hold their place in the system. You will be a strong decision maker and able to motivate colleagues across multidiscplinary teams to deliver the highest quality services.

Main duties of the job

If you have a passion for transforming lives and a strong track record of leading teams in a complex organisation, we would love to hear from you. Above all you will be a people person who has experience of working both operationally and strategically, locally and across systems.

Managing community health services, through the development of the community collaborative (Provide, EPUT & NELFT), these are joint roles with the partners of the collaborative and it is therefore essential that you can demonstrate an understanding and share the values of the 3 partner organisations.
