Following its recent formation the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative are seeking innovative and committed individuals to join its growing team. This is an exciting time for the NHS across Mid and South Essex as the partnership has been designed to foster collaborative working across community services, primary, acute and social care with the key focus for delivering improved health and care to the communities we serve. The developing Integrated Care System in Mid and South Essex requires a new approach to leadership, which will play a key role in its future success. We now have the opportunity to recruit to three Joint Director for Delivery & Partnerships role’s covering the different geographies across the collaborative. Your strong people skills will enable you to work across organisational boundaries and be a highly influential leader ensuring community, care and mental health services hold their place in the system. You will be a strong decision maker and able to motivate colleagues across multidiscplinary teams to deliver the highest quality services.

Managing community health services, through the development of the community collaborative (Provide, EPUT & NELFT), these are joint roles with the partners of the collaborative and it is therefore essential that you can demonstrate an understanding and share the values of the 3 partner organisations.
