We are looking for organised, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Faculty’s Digital Learning Team as Digital Learning Administration Assistant on a 6 month fixed term contract or secondment.
You will be a key member of the team, providing support to staff undertaking training, being the first port of call in answering enquiries and maintaining training records on the Learning Management System.
The ideal candidate should have previous administrative experience with a good standard of digital and computer skills. Attention to detail is extremely important in this role, in order to maintain accurate records and provide the correct information in response to enquiries. You need to be an excellent communicator and a good team player with a positive, friendly and helpful manner.

Main duties of the job
- To provide a first point of contact for all enquiries to the Digital Learning Service. This includes in-person, telephone and online enquiries, including enquiries received via the electronic helpdesk.
- To access, interrogate and update the Learning Management System (OLM (Oracle Learning Management) function of ESR).
- To maintain accurate records, this includes staff learning records, classroom bookings and any other records as required.

Essential criteria
- English Language and Maths GCSE grade C upwards or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrable competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Experience of MS Teams and other productivity applications.
