As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring a smooth hiring process across the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a real impact in shaping the workforce of our Trust. Main duties of the job

As the Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will work alongside the recruitment team to achieve deliverable objectives for the divisions; with particular reference to workforce plans, difficult to recruit to roles, driving down agency reliance & spend and supporting innovation against recruitment challenges.

 

You will work alongside our HR Business Partners in providing a professional HR Recruitment service to managers and staff.

 

You will have a commercial outlook, perfect to generate ideas and support ongoing recruitment activity.

 

You will be required to project plan and deliver potentially large- and small-scale hiring projects.

 

You will be required to work at an advisory level, to be engaged in the provision of a customer focused recruitment service and the development of improvement plans.

  • Higher Degree or equivalent experience
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience

  • Leadership and team management course
  • Project Management Course

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of managing volume recruitment
  • Experience of working with team members at senior/director level
  • Current knowledge of employment law and Right to work in the UK
  • Experience of managing a diverse workload
