Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is now one of the largest trusts in the country, serving a population of 1.2 million people. Our newly formed Trust, comprising acute hospital sites at Broomfield in Chelmsford, Basildon and Southend,  is determined to provide the best health services for its local population. Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are looking for a Specialty Doctor in Oncology to join our existing Oncology team at Southend to assist with AOS, Chemotherapy and OpD Clinics.

Recent strategic developments across the area as part of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) has seen the creation of a single integrated medical team for Oncology working across the three acute trust - Southend, Basildon and Broomfield in Chelmsford. This role will work from Southend Hospital to support the oncology service on site.

The vision for this larger single team will facilitate cross cover, support increased sub specialisation and facilitate individual job plans in line with Royal College Guidance on tumour site cover.

So, if you would like to be part of driving positive change for our service users we welcome your application today.
