We have a number of exciting new administrative roles to support the development of the Community Mental Health Team Transformation Programme and we are looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic individuals to support the Locality Community Partnership (LCP) delivery. The role will be allocated a base dependant on the locality but there will be opportunities to travel across Trust sites to support your Managers in meetings. Key responsibilities will include: preparing for and organising meetings including minute-taking and typing up of notes; providing support, producing data reports; maintaining efficient systems including the development of new where currently none exist; as well as implementing processes to support the needs of the Team.
The successful candidates will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the newly formed Locality Community Partnership (LCP), the Clinical Leads and team in the selected Locality. The role needs someone who can be extremely well organised, flexible, able to manage and prioritise their own workload, and able to act independently to action work to meet deadlines.
Main duties of the job
The post holder, alongside the clinical lead and navigator posts, will work collaboratively across GHC, the VCSE sector and primary care to work with individuals who have a serious mental illness (SMI). The Community Locality Partnership (LCP) meetings aim to improve connectivity between mental health, third sector services and primary care to bring together key partners to plan and deliver collaborative care for people with mental health complexities. Good customer service skills are essential as you will be communicating with internal and external professionals at all levels, as well as service-users.
This is an exciting opportunity to transfer your skills by working with new teams across the trust, with partnership organisations including the Voluntary care sector.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
You will liaise with key partners in GHC, Primary Care and VCSE partners to organise and support the delivery of the weekly Locality Community Partnership (LCP) meetings.
- To provide a full confidential, administrative and secretarial service to the Locality Community Partnership Team.
- To work as a member of the administration team to ensure service delivery and adequate administration cover is provided.
- To project the professional image of the business through demonstrating excellent customer care in all activities
- To adopt a constantly flexible approach to ensure that all team objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales

Essential criteria
- GCSE level grade C education or equivalent Good literacy and numeracy skills
- NVQ Level 3 Administration / RSA Level 3 or equivalent experience

- Experience of unsupervised administrative work in a busy office environment
- Previous experience of using software packages such as Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to a high level.
- Minute-taking
- Experience of maintaining a comprehensive, logical computerised filing system/ spreadsheets
- Experience of using customer/patient information system
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of working within mental health
- Experience in information analysis and provision of statistical reports
