You will be able to manage workloads as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
You should be a good team player, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills . A strong work ethic, desire to learn and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential.
Experience of supporting an electronic rostering system and or using the Allocate Software suite of products is advantageous, but not essential, as training will be provided
This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
Main duties of the job
As an ERostering Co-ordinator, you will be a system expert and will work as part of a team responsible for the building, implementation, and training of staff on the E-Rostering system. The role will also include everyday system maintenance and support of the E-Rostering system across the Trusts geographical area.
You will support the department managers to engage with their staff and promote the benefits of ERostering/Safe Care. Facilitate and deliver the relevant training to department managers and staff. Report progress of the specific implementations they are responsible for and feedback any issues appropriately.

Essential criteria
- Educated to diploma or CPP equivalent level or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of data analysis and associated software/computer systems acquired through diploma or equivalent experience
Experience & Knowledge

- Knowledge of a range of administrative and HR procedures,
- Experience of analysing data and information using appropriate computer systems
- Experience of working in a customerservice /helpdesk environment
