Band 2 MSW - Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Location: Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester
Role Description: Assisting midwives and other members of the healthcare team to support women and their families in all areas of maternity care.

Training & Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education in English language and math’s GCSE grades A-C
- Care certificate
Desirable criteria
- Commitment to undertake local training and development to NVQ level.
Experience & Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Recent/current experience in healthcare setting
Desirable criteria
- Experience in maternity care in hospital
Skills & Ability
Essential criteria
- Ability to maintain a confidential approach to all aspects of role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise personal workload under supervision.
- Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
