Working for our organisation

We are a recognised as a leading and progressive provider of mental health and learning disability services, and this represents an opportunity for an innovative leader to join us as we embark on the next stage of our journey to further improve care and outcomes for the communities we serve. In line with national trends, we have seen exponential rises in demand for our services over the last few years. To keep abreast of this demand, to continue to deliver high quality care and be able to live within our financial means, we recognise we need to further develop our approach to innovation and improvement across the organisation, to deliver our large-scale transformation programme and support teams to be creative, productive and effective.
You will join an organisation that has a strong foundation of success from which to build, evidenced by our 2019 Care Quality Commission rating of ‘Outstanding’ and being awarded the HSJ Mental Health Trust of the Year in 2020. Our latest staff survey results (2023) demonstrate that our people are highly motivated and are both proud to work here and of the standard of care we provide. Building on this, we have recently developed our new Trust strategy ‘Great Together’, coproduced with service users, carers, our people and partners. This sets our ambitions for the next five years placing service users and carers at the heart of what we do, continuing to innovate, improve and ultimately deliver the very highest standards of care.
