Job overview

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients

This is an administrative support role which will primarily focus on documents management ensuring Trust documents are appropriately registered, ratified and uploaded onto the Trust ENHance system and intranet as required following endorsement. In addition the role will provide wider administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team.

Main duties of the job

Work with Trust staff to ensure Trust documents are appropriately registered, ratified and uploaded onto the Trust ENHance system and intranet as required following endorsement.

Support the management of the Trust Policy Compliance Group (PCG) Work with Trust staff to enable the appropriate response to national Central Alerting Systems (CAS) alerts. Ensuring safety alerts and acknowledged, distributed and responded to within the specified time limits.

Manage the administration of submitting deprivation of liberty safeguards (DoLs) to the CQC.

Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team, including managing shared inboxes, minuting meetings and other general administrative duties.
