We have an exciting opportunity to join our T&O inpatient Team at the William Harvey Hospital. The successful candidate will be working alongside colleagues within the team providing a high quality service to a variety of patients within Trauma and Orthopaedic wards, extending into the wider community setting. There will also be the opportunity to work in collaboration with therapy colleagues in the wider team and across the trust.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated therapist who is looking for a new challenge in helping to continually develop the service and who wants to develop their people management skills with support from the Clinical Lead Therapist and senior colleagues.

Main duties of the job
Supporting Site Lead and Clinical Lead in providing a high quality therapy service to a range of people to ensure a safe, efficient and effective discharge home with appropriate referrals into the community setting.
Collaborative working with the MDT to ensure efficient patient flow through prioritising the caseload and supporting therapy colleagues to organise their caseload appropriately.
Supporting the team in their development and assisting in the day to day running of the therapy service.

Essential criteria
- At least 3 years post graduate experience at a senior level in the relevant clinical area
- Proven record of providing high quality intervention for high risk patients
- Fieldwork educator
