We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual, who can work well as part of the Maternity Team and who can provide a high quality administration support service. The post-holders will need good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive “can do” attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability.
The role will require the post holder to work a variety of shifts which include Earlies 07.30 - 15.30, Lates 13.30 - 20.30, Long days 07.30-20.30 or nights 20.30-08.00.

- To work as a team member within the work environment carrying out assigned tasks involving the indirect care of the patients, to ensure effective management of the department on a day to day basis.
- To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Maternity Triage Team
- Support and assist in the effective management of the service on a day to day basis
