Radiology Administration Assistant

Job overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Radiology Administration team at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital and the William Harvey Hospital in East Kent.

You will be required to perform reception duties, booking patient appointments, waiting list management as well as general office duties.

A good general level of education is required to include English and Maths at GCSE level C or equivalent. Excellent communication skills and keyboard skills required and use of own initiative. Hours of work will include weekend and evenings working on rota basis covering 7 days a week.

Great organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your work effectively.

Use of own Initiative 

First class communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.

High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

Understanding of the sensitivity in the nature of work they're carrying out and dealing with patient matters in the strictest of confidence.
