Job overview

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be responsible for their own caseload, work autonomously and deliver gold standard care for a unique service in Kent. The team has expanded over the years to accommodate different pathways that include complex treatments that can now allow an inpatient to receive hospital care within the home environment.

Applicants would need to be able to drive to and from patients home for care within their homes.

We would welcome a dynamic, forward thinking individual to join our team.
